Two en-suite bedrooms feature sliding glass doors that overlook the ocean and rival the finest hotel rooms. A third guest bedroom features a custom white leather Miami themed day bed.
The location of this property is ideal for those wishing to be close to the sea yet with peace and serenity. Unlike beach properties that jostle tightly among neighbors and the line the noisy and hazardous Pacific Coast Highway, Ravenseye sits majestically on a lush hillside and enjoys wonderful seclusion, with the bustle of the PCH merely a soft whisper below. There is ample street parking for a fleet of cars as well as a 2 car garage off of a private street. Additional film production and truck parking is also available.
The grounds of Ravenseye are accented by a private outdoor pool and hot tub surrounded by mature vegetation. Interior furnishings include a foosball table and a baby grand piano.
