JOB TITLE: SalesDevelopment Representative



EyeCare Prime is seeking motivated, energetic, self-starters who wantto join our dynamic and rapidly growing sales team. In this role you will beresponsible for introducing EyeCare Prime products to new prospects andidentifying new business opportunities for the company.


* High volume prospecting into doctor's offices viacold calling, networking, e-mail, as well as utilizing Internet informationsources to build and maintain a sales development pipeline

* Penetrate, profile, qualify and schedule wellqualified appointments with key decision makers within our \"targeted\" market

* Meet and exceed daily and weekly call goals aswell as deliver a high quantity of well qualified sales opportunities.

* Consistently meet and exceedactivity & opportunity quotas to deliver optimal sales pipeline

* Articulate EyeCare Prime 'svalue proposition to key decision-makers across multiple industries to assessbuying interest

* Learn and demonstrate afundamental understanding of EyeCare Prime 's technology and clearlyarticulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers to successfullymanage and overcome prospect objections

* Researchcustomers, identify decision makers, educate prospects and qualify buyinginterest and sense of urgency

* Extensive use of CRM(preferably to maintain accurate activity, contact, and accountinformation of all customers and prospects

* Create and prioritize strategictarget account lists within a defined territory

WebSystem 3's management team iscommitted to the development of and implementation of the quality managementsystem and maintaining its effectiveness by communicating to the organizationthe importance of meeting customer as well as statutory and regulatoryrequirements.

* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence

* Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (preferably

* Ability to demonstrate an aptitude for technology

* Demonstrated success prospecting into companies.

* Ability to read and understand highly technical material.

* Proven capabilities and skills in account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time and territory management desired

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
