We have a very unique opportunity for an In House Loan Officer with the potential to easily and steadily earn 10k plus per month.
We have a ton of purchase leads that our Full Commission L.O.s cannot get to; these purchase leads need to be handled as well as some of the owners /managers personal referrals.
You must be very knowledgeable within the mortgage industry, licensed, and have at least 2 full years of experience closing loans.
We close mostly purchase loans, making this position very stable with the option to move into a full commission Loan Officer position.
Whether you would like the lower stress of working as an in house L.O. or would like to become a full Commission L.O. in the future, we feel this is the best place in town.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
:Spend a minimum of 50 of working hours outside the office to conduct sales calls to create, develop and maintain referral relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and consumers.
:Analyze potential marketing opportunities to develop future business opportunities.,
:Communicate positively and professionally with operations staff throughout the process of the loan to ensure a smooth closing.
:Engage in managing the loan pipeline with all team members to meet company efficiency standards.
:Meet with borrowers to determine best loan program for individual needs after analyzing income, assets, credit, and property.
:Prepare and submit loan submission sheet to set up.
:Read and understand rate sheets, product codes, loan level price adjustments in order to calculate rates and fees.
:Negotiate and confirm rates, fees, and lock terms with customer.
:Lock loans in the system with agreed upon terms and manage locked pipeline through the funding.
:Communicate regularly with borrowers to meet desired expectations.
:Maintain minimum productivity goals.
:Comply with organizational standards, polices, and procedures.
:Perform other related duties as assigned and required.
:Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service oriented environment
:Strong phone presence, listening and presentation skills
:Ability to multitask, problem solve and efficiently manage time in a fast paced environment
:Strong at communicating and relationship building
:Team player with the ability to thrive in a structured and competitive environment
:This position will require the loan officer to achieve and uphold the NMLS license
