Our management and our investigators are trained in insurance defense and understand the importance of timely and precise investigations.We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to join our team!Essential Job Functions: Build and grow relationships with B2B customers. Conduct thorough analysis on recently closed investigations and contact clients to ensure customer satisfaction, strategize additional investigative efforts and provide recommendations for future handling. Assisting clients and sales with support related inquiries and requests Make outgoing sales calls to prospects and B&C level customers. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy. Strong written and verbal communication skills including: grammar, punctuation, email structure and professional language. Build strong rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using procedure learned during new-hire training. Position entails a high amount of customer interaction over the phone and email. Ensure that customers fully-understand services information; ability to provide additional information as requested by customers. Contribute ideas on conflict resolution to improve overall customer satisfaction and productivity. Demonstrate the ability to effectively work as part of a team. Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills. Minimum Skills/Requirements: Bachelors Degree or relevant industry experience. Energy, motivation, extreme extrovert, results-driven. Ability to be assertive and persuasive in a professional environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage clientele in a consultative capacity with a technical product. Confident cold calling skills and ability to connect with decision-makers to explain our services.
