It is our talent that has help made Merchants Metals the first name in fence solutions.JOB SUMMARY/DUTIESProvide great customer service over the phone or in person by:Providing material quotations in an accurate and timely mannerWorking with customers to convert those quotes into sales ordersCoordinating with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to our customersAnswering customer technical questions about the products we sellCommunicating accurately product availability and lead times from our manufacturing facilities or vendors for special order productsWork directly with our outside sales team to better understand our customer needs and requirements.
