* Identifies and manages day:to:day needs of the Sales Center. Provides administrative and operational support for the project that may include data entry, faxing, filing, copying, sorting, distribution and processing ingoing/outgoing mail.
* Greet affluent prospects and answers incoming calls. Responds to voicemails, emails and
regular mail.
* Tracks and supports sales team to manages sales contract files.
* Takes and publishes notes during weekly sales meetings. Accurately and efficiently publishes
summaries reflecting intent of information communication in meetings.

* Sends mail, overnight packages, thank you notes and marketing mailings in a timely manner.
* Opens and closes model home(s) and Sales Center daily. Responsible for managing
maintenance and cleaning.
* Be knowledgeable of local current attractions or events (concerts, theater, sporting events,
special events, and more.).
* Assists with weekly reports and special projects as needed.
* Coordinates and attends marketing events.
* Updates and maintains internal sales team calendar.
* Provide continuous updates, edits, reviews, and additions to the electronic database (list of
vendors, restaurants, service providers, etc.).
* Manages inventory of office supplies and collateral to ensure that items are ordered, stocked
and properly organized.
* Serves as point person for Sales Center and office equipment maintenance.
* Maintain and update working daily spreadsheet, releases and
distribute/summarize to team.
* Responsible for MLS updates in collaboration with The Agency operations team
* Assists in managing units currently in escrow.
* Ensure the smooth and efficient management of the steps necessary to close out the project. Involved in weekly project closing meetings and monitors so that important deadlines are met.

Desired Skills and Experience
* Hospitality, retail or customer service background preferred.
* 2 : 4 years of prior work experience.
* Some higher education or vocational training specializing in the hospitality industry desired.
* Good geographic knowledge of the surrounding area.
* Flexible and responsible with a team player attitude.
* Organized, self:motivated and goal:oriented.
* Maintain a clean cut and professional appearance.
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and experience with social media
applications. Experience with CRM software programs preferred.
* Excellent written communication skills are essential.
* Flexible work schedule : ability to work weekends and some evenings.
