Lead a team of FW professionals including but not limited to engineers, validation architects, technicians, technical writers and technical consultants who are responsible for delivering results over multiple products. Driving reuse on validation plans, tests, tools, methodologies to optimize coverage for a multi-product roadmap. Continuous improvements in test coverage based on escape analysis. Build a strong culture of ownership, accountability, results orientation. As a manager set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or relevant engineering with a minimum of 12 years’ experience in software development and/or validation of system level software. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in leading FW/SW development/validation teams to validate and release large scale software products. 5+ years of experience in computer architecture. 5+ years of experience in managing teams, hiring and performance management.
