KEY JOB FUNCTION:Timely and accurately utilize the A?staffing ladderA? to create staffing schedules for the DON.Develop, maintain and project staffing daily needs and schedules by shift.Post daily staffing schedule and actual hours as required.Track attendance, identify attendance problems and notify DON of findings.Immediately reports to DON/MOD staffing challenges or staffing below state mandated PPD.Contacts staff as directed for mandatory in:service training.Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility or department which may include a medical and physical examination.
