Come join the Sales Enablement Group SEG and our Global Programs team as a Transition Change Manager where you'll have the opportunity to engage across various programs to facilitate the evolution of our sales organizations and help deliver a powerful and efficient sales pipeline to fuel Intel's growth! As change manager you'll play a critical program role by ensuring employee readiness to absorb transformative initiatives and enable program objectives by driving organizational readiness and adoption. Focus on the people side of program implementations by analyzing change impact--including business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing TCM strategies, plans and communications to facilitate adoption while minimizing resistance/risk. As TCM manager you'll get to work across program and organizational boundaries to help articulate and deliver strategies that realize program goals, increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.The nature of Sales Enablement programs are highly collaborative, transformational in nature and drive behavioral and process change across organizations. As an individual contributor, the TCM manager influences and works through these organizations to develop plans and deliver success. Roles and responsibilities of a change manager Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders Assess and develop project the change impact & transitional progress Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Develop a strategy for, authoring of, and delivery of audience communications Lead analysis of, requirements for, and the design and delivery of program training Identify, analyze and respond to anticipated resistance with risk mitigation tactics Engage project teams, managers and senior leaders Integrate change management activities into project plan Support change management at the organizational level


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• BS/BA degree in Business, Management or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of project management with knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.

• PROSCI or equivalent credentials
