CORNERSTONE NEEDS A DYNAMIC RECRUITER
:Prospect and consult with associates via telephone and email
:Source, screen, and interview top:notch associates for a myriad of clients
:Utilize your sales skills to market our talented candidates to both existing and prospective companies

Candidate Recruitment and Retention
:Effectively source, recruit and select talent who have the required knowledge, experience and skills to meet our clients contract and direct hire staffing needs
:Utilize appropriate assessments and screening tools to qualify candidates
:Maintain integrity of the internal ATS and databases as required
:Provide timely communication and feedback to our candidates and clients
Placement Activities
:Taking the hiring managers job requisition
:Developing a clear job description and identifying key job duties for the new hire
:Placing a listing for the role on various job boards, advertising on social media and proactively sourcing qualified candidates
:Screening candidates and preparing the hiring manager to interview them
:Presenting an offer to finalists and negotiating the details with them
:Preparing the hire to start the job
:Following up with both associates and clients to ensure a successful match
Business Development
:Proactively market top talent to existing and prospective clients as a value added service
:Participate in local trade association, networking and recruiting events to increase Cornerstones presence in the local business community
:Negotiate pricing in accordance with company guidelines
:Achieve profit objectives
Qualifications Needed
:2+ years of solid recruiting experience preferably within a staffing firm.
:Proven record of meeting and exceeding productivity goals
:Demonstrated success working in fast:paced, highly:competitive, deadline oriented environment
:Ability to oversee and indirectly supervise a diverse workforce at multiple client locations
:Strong level of problem solving and critical thinking skills
:Competitive self:starter with a relentless determination to make things happen
:Experience with technology platforms such as ATSs, CRMs or similar databases
:Bachelors Degree a plusCompany Description
