SBM Site Services is searching for a Human Resources Program Manager The HR Program Manager provides leadership and management of the adoption, evolution and success of the Service Excellence Program (SEP), a mission:critical component of the CompanyA?s strategic objectives. Provides expertise in gathering data and reporting on program stats, issues and opportunities. Communicates cross functionally with operations leadership, operations management and corporate stakeholders to promote, assess and ultimately ensure program success.Responsibile for various Human Resource reports such as turnover, time:to:fill, etc.Solidifies program parameters and KPIsCoordinates site adoption of program and related trainingGathers, analyzes and reports on program data weekly : tells the story of success, gaps, opportunity, best practices,Works cross functionally to create, implement and rollout needed changes, enhancements, etc. to yield desired resultsAssesses and proposes process creation and or enhancementWorks with operations leadership, operations management and corporate stakeholders to manage and report on program.Manages multiple concurrent projects related to various facets of the program, often requiring crossing departments / divisions to produce the most effective communicationsIdentify team needed to effectively manage the SEP program.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Bachelors degree (B. A.) from four:year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Ability common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong working knowledge of Excel spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word / Outlook / Powerpoint Word Processing software.May be required to have a valid driverA?s license and meet SBM Driver Approval requirements
