The Director of Employee Engagement will lead the development and implementation of all internal employee engagement processes and recognition programs in collaboration with other department leadership to ensure initiatives are in line with the strategic priorities, with a focus on improving culture and employee engagement through our insite employee engagement platform. To ensure effectiveness, this position will also be responsible for identifying and implementing metrics to measure performance in these areas and to develop action plans and objectives to continuously improve. Designs, develops and implements employee engagement programs which addresses consistent application of human resources policies, including progressive discipline, onboarding and termination issuesOwns the Personnel tab of our internal insite engagement platformPartners with leadership and employees to develop and implement Great Place to Work action plans.Develop processes for each Personnel feature that is foundationalEnsure each feature is working as intended and designedEstablish and communicate out the value of each feature to employees and senior leadershipTests new features and processes prior to implementation as appropriate in the fieldBuild team and assign defined owners to support the aboveParticipates in ongoing analysis of key data identifying trendsDevelops, evaluates and implements new processes to ensure employees are informed of company initiatives, programs and announcementsAdvocate for, and drive change to HR and Recruiting Department processes that support SBMinsite featuresBachelors degree (B. A.) from four:year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
