This role provides administrative support for our Crisis Response Care (CRC) office, including the Director of CRC and staff through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The administrative assistant is the central person ensuring the office is running smoothly from a support standpoint. Provide staff support to the Crisis Response Care Department. Reply to general information requests with the accurate information from emails, phone and text.Answer and direct general phone inquiries for the CRC department using a professional and courteous manner. Forward voice mail from the CRT and CRC mailboxes to the appropriate CRC staff member.Prepare and send outgoing packages and CRT material. Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available.Prepare and file training material according to the established procedures.Back:up electronic files and CRC data base using proper procedures.Provide administrative support to management and other staff, including: preparing staff meeting agendas and materials; create action list for management staff from committee meeting and distribute; draft minutes of CRC meetings for review by the Director; Makes travel, meeting and other arrangements for CRC staff and instructors.Prepare reports, memos, and documents using word processing, Excel spreadsheets, and database software.Ensure the timely distribution of material to department leaders. Complete the expense report of the Director of CRC.Minimum 2 years of experience providing administrative support at a department level.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships.Strong computer skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM, and analytics tools.Demonstrated ability to work independently; establishing and meeting performance/ministry goals.Exhibits versatility and flexibility. Regularly adapts to change while maintaining a positive attitude and high productivity.Demonstrated ability to represent ministry and executive staff professionally and maintain confidentiality.Ability to travel, as needed. 25 anticipated.
