The Senior Level Programmer shall provide Senior Level Database programming support that will include, but not limited to, completion of Clarify and Report Writing change requests for the Help Center and PCU Relational Management Systems. The key tasks for the programming support shall include:
Complete Clarify maintenance and report change requests, including working with users to identify system design, configure and customize the system to support change requests, and complete unit testing of the change requests.Maintain database integrity for all Clarify databases and environment. This consists of monitoring and maintaining database backups on a daily, weekly and hourly basis, develop, monitor and maintain database maintenance utilities.Maintain Visual SourceSafe (VSS) databases. This consists of monitoring and maintaining login securities.Monitor and maintain storage use on Clarify servers. This consists of performing database housekeeping chores as needed. Creating temporary development and test environments as needed.Maintain Clarify maintenance processes.Maintain Terminal Server access to Clarify. This consists of monitoring and maintaining Clarify cache environments and files for users. Maintaining login scripts and methods for various users.Perform routine Clarify Customer Relational Management duties consisting of setting up new users in SQL server, clarify and Active directory. Migrate Clarify application modifications to production environments.Develop and maintain SQL queries used in reporting.Support the coordination of production releases with the DMHC business analysts and IT management and staff.Maintain the Technical Specifications and User/Programmer Specifications documentation.Participate in the Change Control process used by DMHC, including providing support to the weekly Change Control Board meeting.Provide database administrator support under the direction of the DMHC Database Administrator.Assist in the transition of the replacement of Clarify to new systems for the Help Center and PCU systems.Participate in discussions for mapping Federal CAP Grant data to Clarify data and mapping DMHC governmental and non-governmental CAP Grant partners data.Prepare mapping of the Federal Health Care fields with Clarify fields.Prepare mapping of the Federal Health Care fields with DMHC governmental and non-governmental CAP Grant partners.Participate in mapping discussions with Help Center, Federal Grant staff, and DMHC governmental and non-governmental CAP partners.Code the SQL procedures to export data from Clarify and other CAP Grant partners to the Federal Health Care data mapping Excel file.Upload the mapped fields Excel file to the test Federal Health Care website.Coordinate with Federal Health Care staff to obtain test upload results.Upload the final Excel file(s) to the production Federal Health Care database.ASD provides various services encompassing COTS ERP Integration, legacy to COTS Migration, Custom SW Development, A&AS, to multiple government agencies such as USAF, USN, USMC, OSD, NSA, Department of Water Resources, Department of Industrial Relations, Department of Motor Vehicles, including large system integrators such as GDIT, CACI, LMCO, and others.
