Req ID: 48510BR POSITION SUMMARY This is a position on the PDS Centralized Automation Team. The PDS Administrator will be responsible for maintaining provider demographic information in the Enterprise Provider Database (EPDB) system through the use of automated tools and manual maintenance. Employees in this department work with both internal and external constituents in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Fundamental Components: The duties of this position include, but aren't limited to: Interpreting and loading to EPDB data using EPDB MAINTENANCE in Rumba Using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Crystal Reports and automated tools to analyze and maintain provider data in EPDB; Communicating results professionally and accurately to management and constituents; Working collaboratively with team and constituents to ensure deadlines are met. Working cross-functionally on focused projects This is the ideal position for a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a member of the PDS Automation Team, the candidate must have the ability to understand and interpret provider demographics and the analytical skills to translate it into meaningful information. Candidate will be expected to use the appropriate database and technology that is necessary to analyze, maintain, track and monitor system updates from a variety of incoming sources following all PDS workflows and guidelines. Excellent desktop management and analytical skills are required for interpreting provider demographics. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize workloads and meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining a strong, positive working relationship with both internal and external constituents. Effective communication skills, both written and oral, are critical to success in this position. BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired: Candidate must have a MINIMUM of 2+ years experience with both Microsoft Excel and EPDB Maintenance (not Inquiry), including maintaining EPDB data such as networks, licenses, print status, specialties, etc. Desired Work Experience Includes: Enterprise Provider Database System - Maintenance (Mastery); Microsoft Excel (Mastery); Microsoft Access (Foundation); Enterprise Provider Web Reporting application (Foundation) Crystal Reporting (Foundation) EDUCATION The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
