Job Description Responsibilities Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments. Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. Requires knowledge of SAP, computer system capabilities, business processes, and work flow. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress using standard tools and processes Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Generate an analysis of processes using Syteline and determine where the COE can provide training or other assistance in improving that process efficiency Participation / Leadership in stakeholder steering committee meetings Interact with PMO on projects and processes Qualifications The successful candidate will typically have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 6-9 years of related experience. Proven working experience as a project manager - PMP required Experience working in a structured PMO environment Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in SAP Functional experience in understanding and modeling processes and the use of SAP by the end users with a focus on maximizing the use of the tool Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
