Description Summary: The Lead Software Engineer writes and maintains code within applications and systems to implement capabilities and features, improve performance and maintainability, while reducing technical debt in alignment with product and technology roadmaps. The Software Engineer plays a role in Agile planning, providing advice and guidance, and monitoring emerging trends. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the individual team members, applying technical and professional expertise to resolve issues, support and mentor team members, foster a collaborative culture and drive thought leadership.Provide the project team with support and guidance on project specific processes, procedures, tools, training, and techniquesAct as technical point of contact for the project, responsible for delivery of required technical informationCollaborates with manager in strategic planning and execution of initiativesProvide technical assessment of the impact of any changes to product requirementsRunning workshops on technical aspects of products.Identifying and reporting assessed risks and potential solutions to management.
