We are looking for a Sr. HR Manager – someone who is experienced in all facets of HR. Our ideal candidate is a strong leader; someone who is results driven, relational, and strategic, while also willing and able to roll up their sleeves and do the “nuts and bolts” of HR. The right candidate is excited to combine their love of ministry, their passion for media and music, and their career in Human Resources to make a positive impact here at K-LOVE and Air1. As Sr. HR Manager, you will lead a team of seasoned HR professionals and be responsible for HR service areas such as recruitment/on-boarding, benefits, performance management, compensation and ER.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in all aspects of Human Resources, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated passion for our mission and values
• Experience developing and implementing strategic HR programs and initiatives from scratch to delivery. Examples of strategic HR programs may be training & development initiatives, performance management systems, compensation approach & structure, etc.
• Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage and implement multiple projects concurrently
• Experience and proven ability to successfully manage and coach through complex employee relation issues
• Excellent understanding of State and Federal labor laws
• Previous experience with recruitment and retention practices including use of creative and social media sourcing, candidate management, pre-employment screening, exit interview programs, employee referral programs, and HR metrics
• A collaborative and flexible style, with strong service mentality. Need to be seen as a team player
• Experience within a multi-state environment and 300+ staff. Ministry experience preferred
• SPHR or SHRM – SCP highly desired
