Sales Lead and Marketing Coordinator

Sales Lead and Marketing Coordinators are key to our organizations success in reaching out to all our potential customers through live chat via both Pro:Active and Re:Active chat sessions, pay per lead programs, outbound warm calls to our customer base and direct mail campaigns. As a Sales Lead and Marketing Coordinator youll spend your day communicating with customers over chat, email and phone calls, providing assistance and scheduling incoming sales leads along with coordinating job financing and rebates. You will also be responsible for coordinating the Comfort Advisors schedules and incoming jobs and work with the Sales/Marketing Manager on Direct Mail Campaigns, you will be responsible for co: creating mail pieces along with tracking sales data and producing reports on current campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:
Contact any pay per lead contacts and web based requests as quickly as possible
Outbound warm calls, email, and perform other lead generation activities
Develop and follow up on lead sources
Capture/Update customers information such as name, address, phone number and email address, then enter it into our system
Maintain record of contacts/leads and associated revenue generated IE: sales spreadsheets
Ability to adjust canned
questions/responses and telemarketing messages to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, while possibly researching product information or on an inbound/outbound call
Schedule/dispatch incoming sales leads for Residential HVAC, Windows, Insulation and Solar etc.
Debrief and update daily all sales calls in Successware
Compile weekly lead source reports as well as closing ratios for the prior months.
Review all SOLD Project folders and verify all required information is included in job folder
Assist Comfort Advisors in getting Financing Approvals for Projects and request funding when projects completed
Schedule Test in/Test outs for energy assessments if Project is HPP
Request for revisions (if needed) on JRTs/ECON:2 from the Energuy and provide copies on all revisions to Comfort Advisors
Request to submit Pre/Post jobs to utility portals for rebate
Track jobs to ensure they do not surpass financing and 90:day deadlines
Assist Sales/Marketing Manager in creating direct mail pieces and manage sales data and reports
**Complete any additional tasks requested by Sales Coordinator

Skills / Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
2 years of call center, telemarketing or Live Chat customer service experience a plus
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
Ability to type 35 or more WPM
Excellent oral and written communication skills with regard to spelling and grammar
Creative problem solving skills
Experience working in fast paced environment
Computer orientated, proficiency with Windows based applications; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must be dependable and consistently punctual for all scheduled shifts.
Comfortable in working with customers to resolve opportunities.
Self:motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
