Established Real Estate Agent working at top Brokerage in Sacramento is seeking an entrepreneurial:minded and ambitious assistant
Ive been a successful Realtor for Lyon for over 12 years and my business is consistently good. I want to take my business to the next level and Im looking for a dedicated, responsible, and highly organized assistant to help me accomplish this. Ive had a Transaction coordinator since the beginning but Ive realized I need a licensed assistant who helps manage and grow my real estate business.
Im not looking for a clock puncher, I am looking for someone who takes initiative, is ambitious, accountable and has a need to succeed. My assistant needs to understand that while consistency is crucial, each day is different and every transaction is unique. While I try to set regular hours, real estate transactions will sometimes require a flexible work schedule.
This role is broad but consists of three main areas (see below). As we grow, others will join our team so as my first key hire Im looking for an individual who has a desire to learn, grow and contribute.
Areas of Responsibility:
* Establish, refine and execute on all database activities such as CRM and Google Docs ( This includes file keeping, checklist management and transaction related activities)
*Prepare materials for appointments
*Follow checklists for new transactions, listings and contract to close
*I use a coaching system, so much of your role will be to coordinate and take ownership of the key activities of the program
*Monitor and manage calendar and scheduling
*Create mailers and other marketing materials (my assistant needs to be extremenly proficient using and creating social media campaigns and posts, Social Media is an increasingly larger part of my business)
*Organize and assist in working buyers leads from listings, ads, the internet, open houses and referrals
*Comfortable interacting with leads, prospects and clientS
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
: Valid California real estate license
: Must be comfortable dealing with people with extreme professionalism
: Experience with most of the job functions listed above
Compensation is hourly and ranges from 13 to 15 per hour as a base with additional earning based on each closed escrow. At the start, I am looking for at least 25 hours a week and some weeks it will be more. The plan is to quickly move to full time. As we grow and begin to build our team, theres lots of upside and growth opportunity for an individual who is a high:performer.
