Job Description High Tech Manufacturer is looking for a highly motivated individual for an Administrative Assistance with an emphasis in Accounting. The role will be a newly formed hybrid role with main duties will be handling A/R, A/P, and Payroll functions, but will also have a role in helping with a current accounting project. This role is budgeted to be full-time, but could be possible for part-time. Scope: The Accounting Assistant/Admin will support the company with A/R, A/P, Payroll functions, along with helping CFO with current Accounting Project. This includes, but not limited to, assisting with data entry into accounting system, preparing documents related to A/R and A/P, maintain payroll records, assist with monthly reconciliations, assisting in preparing miscellaneous company reports, etc. Ideal candidate will be a highly organized, capable of being able to multiple task and is self-motivated with minimal supervision. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, in addition to having either an accounting education or book keeping experience. Essential Knowledge and Skills: Dependable, Detail Oriented, & Self-Starter Microsoft Office Skills (above average) Data Entry (Accounting Software, knowledge of Microsoft GP a plus) Handles Pressure Additional: This position is located in company's satellite office in Roseville. Company's main location is in Fremont, CA and there may be limited travel required there. Desired work hours are Monday through Friday, with hours to be determined. There is possible weekend worked required at the start.
