Eurofins Air Toxics Inc. is searching for an Office Manager/Accounting Staff in Folsom, CA. Office Manager/Accounting Staff responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : * Accounts Receivable o Business to business collections o Weekly documentation and submission of detailed collection notes in excel o Respond to customer inquiries, including providing copies of invoices, chain of custodies, monthly statements, and others o Liaison between Project Managers, Lab Director and corporate office o Weekly submission of credit memo, customer and revenue files o Weekly and monthly reconciliation of revenue between Atlas, MAS90 and corporate files o Manage daily and weekly financial hold process o Other duties as assigned * Accounts Payable o Assist with coding AP invoices o Assist with 3 way match, month-end close, PO's for accrual, etc. o Assist with order placement (eg, Costco, Office Depot) o Ensure timely and complete submission of weekly AP files. o Other duties as assigned * Other administrative duties as assigned, which may include but not limited to: o Respond to facility requests and/or schedule for appointments o Coordinate and pick up lunch for company meetings o Coordinate, manage and execute company events The ideal candidate would possess : * BS/BA in Accounting or Finance preferred * Must be PC proficient and must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. * Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills * Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies Basic Minimum Qualifications : * High school diploma or equivalent * Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, day shift, with overtime as needed.
