As a Non:Volatile Engineering (NVE) Product Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for developing, validating, characterizing, and qualifying 3D NAND Flash memory products. Responsibilities may also include enabling volume manufacturing and coordinating testing/data analysis resources over the lifecycle of the product. You will develop code to test and debug issues on the product, especially on reliability issues. Work with various Engineering and Manufacturing groups to troubleshoot, develop and validate device testing programs.
: Develop test code, Debug and configure the Silicon to ensure it meets Product Reliability Expectations.
: Understands the product features and capabilities to develops the best test definition and algorithms
: Partner with other Engineering, Manufacturing and Marketing groups to develop and ship a successful product
: Demonstrates dependability and commitment to the job
Position requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Experience with ATE is a must have (e.g. Nextest Mag2/mag5).
Experience with C++, Python and OOP concepts is a must have.
Course work in VLSI, device physics, semiconductor process and statistics is highly desirable.
