As a Marketing Intern in the Embedded Business Group at Micron, you will be involved in developing Go:To:Market strategies for the Industrial segment. This will involve utilizing your skillset in market analysis, researching buyer behaviors, identifying key outlets, and developing online promotional contents and digital marketing collateral for applications like transportation, retail, digital signage, medical, etc. within the industrial segment.
Your responsibilities and engagement will include, but not limited to:
:Engage with internal and external market research resources to develop clear application specific business requirements
:Research buyer behaviors in the applications within the IMM segment
:Identify key outlets to promote online content and develop digital marketing contents
:Support developing Go:To:Market plan including promotion campaign for an application based on in:depth understanding of the market, customers, ecosystem, channel requirements and competition
:Support development of internal best practices and data mining/analysis/management tools to improve team efficiency/capability in managing customer and market data
:Support development of external and internal digital marketing collateral including blogs related to above tasks
Successful candidates for this position will have:
:Relevant experience in industrial applications (e.g. transportation, retail, digital signage, medical, etc.)
:Good understanding or prior experience with basics of marketing and market research
:Familiarity with semiconductors, memory markets/products knowledge a plus
:Experience with digital marketing and on:line promotion tools (e.g. Google AdWords, Google Analytics, etc.)
:Strong written and verbal communication skills
:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
Pursuing MBA in Marketing or related field with prior working experience in the Industrial Market Segment. Availability for minimum of 3 months.
