Contracts Administrator/AR job available in Sacramento, CA We are seeking a Contracts Administrator and Accounts Receivable Assistant to work in our client's Sacramento office. The selected candidate will be responsible for all review and maintenance of approved contracts, project set up and AR records assistance. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone who is eager to collaborate and innovate while taking pride in excellent work! Some Responsibilities Include: Tracking authorizations and correspondence Maintaining detailed and organized files, appropriately archiving contract documents Assist with monthly closings Assist AT Specialist in processing billing invoices Apply client payments to corresponding accounts Research and solve payment discrepancies - make adjustments as necessary Process credit card payments and credits Manage, maintain and analyze AR aging reports Filing, copying and other support duties as needed Minimum Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working in Accounting environment or technical school/equivalent training experience Experience with automated accounting software Familiarity with basic accounting systems Ability to work comfortably in an independent setting Strong attention to detail and organization skills df-aponrec
