Branch Manager:Roseville, CA
Manage sales activities of the branch to achieve company objectives including; sales performance, quality control and culture in a way that supports the companys mission and values.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities:
xF0B7; Responsible for the oversight, management and performance of branch and sales staff within the branch. Responsible for collaboration with Operation Management, Processing, UW, Funding and other operational staff in order to remain consistent with achieving branch and company objectives, vision and values.
xF0B7; Responsible for the recruitment and development of an excellent sales force including training and performance evaluations to develop and grow profitable sales.
xF0B7; Communication of company vision and values and the development of a sales culture that attracts and retains top talent.
xF0B7; Responsible for the development and implementation of annual and quarterly Branch Business Plans which supports Evergreens long term and short term goals and profit objectives. This plan includes monthly measurement management of branch key performance metrics including achieving minimum expense management margin of a positive 100 bps.
xF0B7; The development and measurement (see ABCs) of their loan consultants business including building relationships with Real Estate Agents and other strategic partners (attorneys, businesses, financial planners, insurance agents).
xF0B7; Collaborate with other Branch Managers to develop and implement marketing plan and annual marketing calendar. This plan shall include implementation and measurement of Security Plus; Media Center; Product Promotions and Social Media/Internet business, customer development and customer conversion plans.
Quality Manufacturing:
xF0B7; Develop a sales team which works in concert with Loan Coordinators to submit complete loans which meet the Quality Manufacturing Standards of company.
xF0B7; Knowledgeable about company guidelines and where to research them if needed.
xF0B7; Maintain a positive Branch Culture: one which contributes toward the Vision; Values; and Convictions
xF0B7; Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships, making sales presentations and negotiating and closing sales.
xF0B7; Coordinates as liaison between sales department and operations units to develop collaborative team relationships.
xF0B7; Responsible for measurement of customer satisfaction.
xF0B7; Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
xF0B7; Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.

xF0B7; Perform one on one meetings with all direct reports

xF0B7; Ability to work well with fellow associates, clients and vendors.
xF0B7; Good communication skills. Neat, clean, healthy work habits.
xF0B7; Must have current NMLS license
Physical Requirements:
xF0B7; Ability to work in a fast:paced, occasionally noisy environment.
xF0B7; Must be able to walk/ sit for at least 8 hours or more (Majority of shift is spent sitting).
